These terms and conditions have been prepared for the Adalafy platform (ADALAFY) managed by the ADALAFY team, aimed at regulating the relationship between the platform and users, ensuring the rights of both parties and enhancing the quality of legal services provided.
First: Definitions
The following terms shall have the meanings indicated opposite each:
Platform: The Adalafy (ADALAFY) electronic platform.
ADALAFY Team: The entity responsible for developing and operating the platform.
User: Anyone who uses the platform, whether a lawyer, client, or beneficiary of services.
Services: All functions and features provided by the platform to users.
Second: Acceptance of Terms
By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Third: Registration and Accounts
The user commits to registering on the platform according to the following conditions:
Accurate and correct information must be provided during registration.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login data.
Using others' accounts or sharing login data with others is prohibited.
The user bears full responsibility for all activities conducted through their account.
Fourth: Permitted Use
The user agrees to use the platform for the following purposes only:
For legitimate legal purposes according to applicable Iraqi laws.
To organize and manage legal cases and documents.
To analyze legal cases using advanced technological tools.
To facilitate communication between lawyer and client.
Fifth: Prohibited Use
The user is prohibited from using the platform for the following purposes:
For any illegal purposes or violations of public morals.
To enter or publish any misleading or incorrect data.
To attempt to breach the system or unauthorized access.
To harm others or violate their legal rights.
To use the platform in any unauthorized commercial activity.
Sixth: Intellectual Property
All rights related to the platform, including design, software, and content, are owned by the ADALAFY team. They may not be copied, used, or modified without prior permission.
Seventh: Content and Data
The ADALAFY team commits to the following:
The user retains all rights to data and documents they upload.
The platform bears no responsibility for the content of data entered by the user.
The platform may use data to improve services while maintaining privacy.
Eighth: Liability
The platform is an auxiliary tool for lawyers and legal professionals, and does not bear legal responsibility for use. All information and outputs are for informational purposes only and do not replace consulting a specialized lawyer.
Ninth: Account Suspension or Termination
The ADALAFY team has the right to suspend or terminate the user's account in case of violating these terms or misusing the platform, with notifying users when possible.
Tenth: Modifications
The ADALAFY team reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and the user's continued use of the platform is considered acceptance of the modifications.
Eleventh: Applicable Law
These terms are subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Iraq.
